1. Agreement to these terms
Airpass.swiss is operated by Airpass Swiss LLC. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Airpass.swiss, including our website, mobile applications, eSIM services, account tools, business portal, affiliate features, employee POS tools, and support channels.
By using our services or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you use Airpass.swiss on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that business.
2. eSIM service
Airpass.swiss sells digital eSIM data plans. Availability, speed, coverage, network technology, fair-use policies, validity periods, and supported countries or regions depend on the selected plan, device, local networks, and third-party connectivity providers.
Before purchase, you are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM, is network unlocked, and is compatible with the destination network. Some destinations may require manual network selection or specific device settings.
3. Orders, delivery, and activation
After a successful order, we provide eSIM installation details such as a QR code, SM-DP+ address, activation code, or installation link when available from the provider.
You are responsible for entering accurate customer, traveler, and contact information. Incorrect information may delay delivery, support, or order recovery.
4. Payments, pricing, and discounts
Prices are shown before checkout and may include promotions, discounts, or business pricing where applicable. We may update prices, plan availability, and promotions at any time before purchase.
Payments may be processed through Paddle Checkout, Paddle's online checkout process where buyers can complete transactions using the payment methods made available in checkout from time to time.
We do not store full card numbers on our servers. POS or business portal sales may use separate payment or wallet flows depending on the account setup.
5. Refunds and support
Refund eligibility is handled according to our Refund Policy. Because eSIM products are digital and may be provisioned immediately, refunds may be limited once an eSIM has been delivered, installed, activated, used, or expired.
If you experience an issue, contact support as soon as possible and include your order number, device model, destination, screenshots if helpful, and a description of the problem.
6. Accounts, business portal, and POS use
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Business and POS users must only create orders for legitimate customer purchases and must follow any internal sales, commission, shift, and reporting rules made available in the platform.
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being misused, creating fraudulent orders, bypassing payment or wallet requirements, abusing discounts, or interfering with the service.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Airpass.swiss to violate laws, infringe rights, commit fraud, resell services without authorization, attack or scrape our systems, bypass security controls, or interfere with provider networks.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or misuse our website, apps, content, trademarks, or service materials except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
8. Service changes and availability
We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We work to keep Airpass.swiss reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, uninterrupted network coverage, or error-free operation.
Some service interruptions or limitations may be caused by local mobile operators, roaming partners, device settings, payment providers, app stores, internet connectivity, or other third parties outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airpass.swiss is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Our total liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected order, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after an update means the revised terms apply.
