About the Role
AirPass is looking for motivated and communicative promoters to join our team at Skopje International Airport.
The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting AirPass eSIM internet packages to travelers, explaining the benefits of eSIM technology, assisting customers with package selection, and helping them activate their eSIM directly at the airport.
This is a great opportunity for students or young professionals who want to gain practical experience in sales, customer communication, travel technology, and digital services.
Main Responsibilities
- Promote AirPass eSIM internet packages to travelers at Skopje Airport.
- Explain how eSIM works and help customers choose the right internet package.
- Assist customers with eSIM activation on their mobile devices.
- Provide friendly, professional, and clear customer support.
- Represent the AirPass brand in a positive and professional way.
- Report daily activity, customer feedback, and sales results.
- Support marketing and promotional activities at the airport location.
